It was very traumatic for Dad when he came out of hospital, he had to adjust to a very different way of life to what he had before he was poorly and accept round the clock care. Delightful Care were invaluable to Dad and us as a family in easing him into his new way of life. Washington delivered the care for many months and when handing this over to new carers, he always completes an introduction to Dad. I am always informed about any issues, be that Dad’s health, or logistics like the night mask being broken, the toilet leaking etc.
