Andrea has been a registered nurse over two dacades since 2002. She has worked both in NHS and private hospitals, in both paediatric and adult nursing; abroad and in the UK.

She has experience in general Adult Critical care, general and cardiothoracic wards. Therefore she has vast experience in looking after patients with complex needs. She has previously worked as  Sister in charge of intensive care unit, with responsibility of managing and supporting junior staff, Working  closely with the senior nurse to achieve efficient shift supervision and staff support; using clinical knowledge to advance evidence based patient care and taking charge, education and training of junior staff and ensuring that resources are used effectively . She has also worked in the community to provide specialist care to complex patients.
